‘SAY I SENT YOU’ AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

‘Say I Sent You’ Program Period:  February 1 – June 15, 2018

Early Bird Contest Period: February 1 – April 6, 2018

ELIGIBILITY:

The following individual(s), all their immediate family members, and anyone residing in the same household are prohibited from participating in the program: the proprietor of myTAX101 and any employees engaged during the program period.  Participants must be at least 18 years of age.  Only individuals verified by myTAX101 are eligible to be entered for the program.

MEMBERSHIP:

Membership enrollment to the Ambassador program is made through our website, www.mytax101.com, is required in order to participate in the program. Membership is requested by submitting your name and email address for program enrollment through the website. Upon confirmation of membership each new ‘Say I Sent You’ Ambassador (‘Ambassador’) will receive a unique coupon code by email. Each unique code consists of eight (8) alpha-numeric characters and is case sensitive. Share your unique code with everyone you refer to myTAX101 as a potential new client and let them know to present the code when requesting our services. Multiple individuals may present your coupon code; i.e. each coupon code may be linked to multiple new clients. However, each new client is not allowed to present multiple coupon codes; i.e. only a single code can be linked to a new client.

RECOGNITION AWARDS:

Your unique coupon code will be entered for recognition awards with each new successful client ‘Say I Sent You’ referral. Recognition for new referrals must fall into one of these three (3) categories to be awarded as follows:

  • Personal (non-student) tax preparation:  $10.00
  • Non-incorporated business:  $30.00
  • Incorporated business:  $50.00

A recognition award will be issued for each new successful client referral.  The referring Ambassador will be notified by email once a new referral has been verified and confirmed.  The email sent by myTAX101 will be the official notification of the award.  The notification email will NOT specify the amount of the award and will, if applicable, be copied to the new client as well.  There is no restriction to the number of referrals and resulting awards issued per Ambassador.

By presenting a ‘Say I Sent You’ Ambassador coupon code, each successful newly referred client will also receive a 5 – 10% discount on the cost of service provided at the time the code is submitted.

EARLY BIRD CONTEST:

Your unique coupon code will be entered for a chance to receive an Early Bird prize for each new successful ‘Say I Sent You’ client referral made within the Early Bird prize period.  Only one (1) entry per referral will be allowed, however, there is no restriction to the number of entries that may be linked to your unique code.  The referring Ambassador will be notified by email for each entry to the Early Bird contest.

SUCCESSFUL CLIENT REFERRAL:

For the purposes of the Recognition Awards and the Early Bird referral draws, a successful client referral occurs when myTAX101 has completed and received payment for at least one (1) service transaction with myTAX101 by a new client, on their own behalf, and which resulted from a referral by a prior existing client of myTAX101 who is a member of the ‘Say I Sent You’ Ambassador program. For each new client referral, myTAX101 will verify and confirm with both the referring Ambassador and the new client.

EARLY BIRD REFERRAL DRAWS:

Three (3) gifts consisting of a pair of Cineplex general admission tickets valued at about twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per pair of tickets.  All Early Bird draws will take place on April 7, 2018.  To be eligible for the Early Bird Draws, a new successful client referral must be confirmed by midnight, April 6, 2018.  Only entries completed by 11:59 PM, April 6, 2018 will qualify for the draws.  After each draw, the gift awardee will be recorded – the coupon entry will NOT be returned to the draw.  All draws will be at myTAX101, 132 Darren Ave, Whitby, ON, L1R 0E7.

EARLY BIRD GIFT CLAIM:

Gifts will be awarded to the Ambassador linked to the coupon code pulled during the draw.  Gift notification emails are sent to the email address of the Ambassador on record with myTAX101 at the time of the draw.  Gift awardees will be advised of the specific arrangement for the delivery of your gift in the notification email.  If you wish to make alternate delivery arrangements, you may do so by emailing us at info@mytax101.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving the notification.  Any such alternate arrangement must be confirmed by myTAX101.

Any gifts that are not claimed will be secured for a period of one (1) month from the date of the draw.  Unclaimed gifts will be eligible for a further draw from tickets that remain after the initial three (3) draw.  The process will repeat until all gifts have been claimed.
